Step #1

After you complete the above form, We will contact you to schedule a PROPERTY VIEWING TIME with you, based on your desired available schedule.

Step #2

Before Securing a Place we will be needing the following documents from you to submit to the landlord.

  • RENTAL APPLICATION

  • FULL CREDIT REPORT (700+ score)

  • JOB LETTER

  • PROOF OF INCOME (RECENT PAY STUBS)

  • PERSONAL ID

Step #3

Once the Landlord approves your application, we will contact you to sign your lease agreement, issue instructions for deposit and arrangement to pick up the keys to your new home.
